Meet Howard


Howard Simon is an experienced Realtor, who is driven by a passion to help people buy, sell and invest in real estate.
Howard takes pride in providing the best service possible whether he is 
listing or selling residential properties in Bucks and Montgomery Counties or Northeast Philadelpia, PA.
Throughout his real estate carreer with Re/max, Keller Williams and Homestarr brokerages, Howard has been recognized by past and present clients for his commitment to detail, and making the selling process as smooth as possible.
His regard for detail can be traced back to training he has received throughout his real estate career from award-winning Realtors, John Donahue and Patti Chapnick. 

And as a former financial and business reporter/editor for Knight-Ridder, a major U.S newspaper chain,  and The Economist Group, Howard’s knowledge of financial and commodity markets positioned him well in articulating the real estate market to prospective buyers and sellers. 

All through his caereer  Howard has primarily focused on both listings and buyer representation, but most recently he has been working to develop a solid real estate referral business.
